When will my order be dispatched?
All of our products are printed to order within 3 working days. In the unlikely event of a delay, we’ll contact you with an update.
How will my order be shipped?
Depending on size, quantity and your choice of shipping method, orders are shipped by Royal Mail, DPD, Asendia or USPS
Can I track my order?
A tracking link will be included with your shipping confirmation email.
What if my order doesn't arrive?
Although uncommon, there may be instances where packages get lost in transit. Replacement orders cannot be processed until 14 business days have passed after dispatch for the UK and 30 days for EU and international destinations.
Do you accept returns?
If you regret your purchase and feel you've made a hideous error then please get in touch within 14 days of receiving the item, and we will arrange a return, however, you will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs.
If your item is damaged or faulty, we’ll need a photo within 14 days of receipt so we can send you a replacement free of charge or provide a full refund.
