Shipping policy

All of our products are printed to order. Our turnaround time is 1-3 working days but can often be much quicker. In the unlikely event of a delay, we’ll contact you with an update.

Depending on size, quantity and your choice of shipping method, orders are shipped by Royal Mail, DPD, P2P or USPS.

 

Whilst rare, parcels can go missing in the post. We cannot issue replacement orders until 10 working days after dispatch for the UK and 28 days for EU & INT.

If you're in the EU you may now have to pay extra import duties. Please check your spam and junk folders once your order has shipped for any contact from the local customs office so you can retrieve your parcel.

If you do not accept your shipment then we will be happy to refund your order once it has returned to us minus any shipping and import tax charges.
