All products are printed to order within 3 working days.
How will my order be shipped?
Shipping is fully tracked but the courier depends on your location. Most UK orders are delivered by Royal Mail, Evri, or Amazon.
Can I track my order?
A tracking link will be included with your shipping confirmation email.
What if my order doesn't arrive?
Although uncommon, there may be instances where packages get lost in transit. Get in touch and I'll help you get it sorted.
Do you accept returns?
If you regret your purchase and feel you've made a hideous error then please get in touch within 14 days of receiving the item, and I will arrange a return, however, you will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs.
If your item is damaged or faulty, we’ll need a photo within 14 days of receipt so I can send you a replacement free of charge or provide a full refund.
